Child and Family photography is one of my favorite parts of being a Portrait Artist. Kids grow at an amazing rate and their personality changes so much from year to year (I should know, I have three myself!). It is one of my favorite feelings in the world to get that one shot of a child and when the parents see it and say "WOW! You totally captured their personality! I love it!"
I have also found that very rarely do I get that reaction in the stiff, formal posed type shoots. It's in the moments in between the posed shots where we are cracking jokes and getting real smiles and laughs that the nervousness fades away for a few seconds and who a person really is shines though just long enough to press the shutter button. It's in those brief times that a rare opportunity presents itself to not just take a picture for the sake of taking a picture, but to capture that moment in a way that can be enjoyed for for the rest of your life and into your children's lives as well.
Unfortunately it has become a bit of a stereotype that getting your picture taken by a professional photographer is difficult, with too many decisions and lots of questions and pushy sales tactics. I can guarantee that you will not find any of that at Wesley Smith Photography. Where some photographers may see it as their job to sell you pictures, I see it as my privilege to help you Capture your Moments. That's one of the reasons that I consider myself a Portrait Artist instead of a professional photographer. I create memories, not just take pictures. To make it as easy as possible to get started, I make it as easy as 1, 2, 3 to get your session scheduled and find out exactly what it is you are looking for in your session.

Package Two includes digital files at screensaver resolution of the selected poses. Also included are 4x5 proofs of selected poses.
Package Three includes digital files at screensaver resolution of ALL the poses. Also included are 4x5 proofs of ALL poses.
Package Four includes FULL RESOLUTION images with a copyright release of ALL of your fully retouched images from the shoot. Also included are 4x5 proofs of ALL poses.

Creation Fee:

The Creation Fee of $35 is due at the time of booking (I accept Cash, check or credit card). Your Creation Fee will reserve your time block the day of the session. The prices shown below do not include this.
You pay the $35 up front to secure your time slot and we do the shoot. After the shoot you decide on package #3 (which is $180.00 + $7 handling). Your total cost for would be $222.
Proofing:

Once we do your shoot I will order the proofs. When they come in we can schedule a meeting to sit down and go over your order in person. Proofs generally take about a week to come in after the shoot.
